My current project builds on previous work on the grammar of Aguaruna, and investigates the linguistic and social history of the Jivaroan people. In particular, I am interested in cultural and linguistic affiliations with Andean populations.
I have also become increasingly interested in nominalisation and its synchronic and diachronic connection to subordination and switch-reference.
